Job Description:

This is the most coveted job profile we have and it entails high responsibilities. Due to the very demanding role, we understand it’s best suited for technicians with 7+ years of experience in the relevant domain of the web hosting Industry.

Primary Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of both Linux and Windows systems, but primarily specializing in any one.
  • Ability to manage multiple control panels with the same ease.
  • Proficient knowledge in all the following virtualization technologies XEN, KVM, OpenVZ/Virtuozzo, HyperV and Vmware.
  • Ability to tender to basic scripting in any one of the following: Bash/Perl/Python
  • Having work experience in cloud services like OpenStack/Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Candidates will be expected to interact directly with customers, and so should have excellent communication skills – both written and vocal.
  • Above all the factors, we expect a Tier3 member to be nothing short of a team leader
